And you do not have to run far away. Yoir ceremony at The Blue Boatshed, on the sands of Plimmerton Beach, or on the deck at Seagulls, then retreat to The Blue Boatshed to celebrate your new beginning.
We've put together two sample packages, but are happy to give you a quote for whatever you desire. No problem. It has to be perfect for you!
Elopement Package 1
Cost - $1500 plus GST
Ceremony – celebrant services by a registered celebrant and JP. All legalities covered. A ceremony especially for you to keep. Optional extras included in the package - two discreet witnesses (or you can invite your own), a disc of at least 20 photos of the ceremony, a special simple wedding cake (your choice - wicked chocolate, yummy carrot, divine caramel, creamy coconut ice etc) and hors d’oeuvres (or berries in season) to enjoy with the bubbly after your ceremony.
Accommodation – one night of indulgent romantic luxury at The Blue Boatshed, complete with a bottle of bubbly, chocolates, lots of candles, spa bath on the deck, just waiting for you to turn on the jets, cosy driftwood log fire, generous beach brunch hamper. Sleep till your eyes open. Late check out of 12 midday the following day...
You bring - the rings and your marriage licence. Only you can apply for and obtain the licence (Dept of Internal Affairs). .
I'll organise any extras you may request eg flowers from Black Rose Florist.

Elopement Package 2
Cost - $2000 plus GST
Ceremony – celebrant services by a registered celebrant and JP. All legalities covered. A ceremony especially for you ro keep. Optional extras included in the package include two discreet witnesses (or you can invite your own), a disc of at least 30 photos of the ceremony, a delcious wedding cake (your choice – divinely wicked double chocolate, yummy carrot, soft caramel, creamy coconut ice etc) and hors d’oeuvres (or berries in season) to enjoy with the bubbly after your ceremony.
Dinner hamper - 4 courses which include your choice of steaks (beef, fish, lamb, pork, chicken, ham) to be barbecued at your leisure, freshly picked garden salad or vegetables in season, new baby potatoes, a heavenly dessert with Kapiti ice cream.
